BYOD 2018

What is BYOD? BYOD stands for Bring Your Own Device. This program allows students to bring an IT device (within specifications) to our school that best supports their learning needs.

Families will have control over the choice of IT device to bring to school as their primary device (within specifications). This includes devices you may already have at home.

As part of this program students may bring existing devices or purchase a device to bring these to school. We are working with a range of vendors to give families an easy way to choose the right device for their child. These purchasing options are non-compulsory and families can purchase a device through any other supplier of their choice.

Tallebudgera State School BYOD Forms & Specifications:

Please read the relevant information forms and fill out the participation form with your child before sending any devices to school. This is to ensure that teachers are aware of devices in their classes and to avoid damage or loss.
